To assemble:
3.5-4oz Peach Wine (hot)
1.5-2oz Cookie Cream
Biscoff powder
Preheat Irish Coffee Glass
Add hot Peach Wine to glass
Top with Cookie Cream
Cookie Cream:
400g heavy whipping cream
150g Biscoff cookie syrup
Add to large squeeze bottle
Shake until whipped
Peach Wine:
1.5 Grilled Peach Water
1 Lillet Rosé
.33 Amaro Meletti
.25 Mandarin Napoleon
.25 Osmanthus Syrup
