Peaches and Cream

To assemble:

  • 3.5-4oz Peach Wine (hot)

  • 1.5-2oz Cookie Cream

  • Biscoff powder

  1. Preheat Irish Coffee Glass

  2. Add hot Peach Wine to glass

  3. Top with Cookie Cream

Cookie Cream:

  • 400g heavy whipping cream

  • 150g Biscoff cookie syrup

  1. Add to large squeeze bottle

  2. Shake until whipped

Peach Wine:

  • 1.5 Grilled Peach Water

  • 1 Lillet Rosé

  • .33 Amaro Meletti

  • .25 Mandarin Napoleon

  • .25 Osmanthus Syrup
