  1. Shake all, including beer

  2. Egg glass

  • 3d GIffard Menthe Pastille

  • 4d Apple Bitters

  • 4 sprays Douglas Fir Eau de Vie around the glass

  1. Stir

  2. Bucket

  3. BFC

Water Cooler

  • 1.5 Clarified Watermelon

  • .75 Uncle Vida

  • .5 Uncle Val's Botanical

    1. .25 DM Vida

  • .5 Montinore Ver Jus

  • 2d Mace Tincture

  • 1 Dry Cucumber soda

  • Collins glass

    1. Long Cucumber slices

    2. Ice spear 

    3. 3-5 borage flowers

  1. Stir all but soda. Briefly. It only needs a slight chill and minimal dilution.

  2. Strain into Collins

  3. Add soda, then ice spear

  4. Garnishes and straw.

Watermelon Syrup (clarified)

  • 1 Watermelon Juice

  • .8 Simple Syrup

  • .05 Everclear

  • .04 Malic Acid Solution (4:1)

  • Omit acid if not clarifying.

  1. Whisk together.

  2. Refrigerate overnight.

  3. Syphon or decant clear juice from top.

  4. Centrifuge the rest.

  • 2 Laird’s “Bonded” Apple Brandy

  • .25 Yellow Chartreuse

  • .25 Benedictine

  • 2d Ango
